Product Information and Advice

All crystal shapes and colours can vary from the photo as crystals are Gaia's natural creations!

• Crystals are delicate.  Please avoid contact with products such as perfumes, body creams, hairspray and wait a while after application before wearing your jewellery.
• Keep away from water and try not to bump or scrape them as they may chip or break.
• Elastic bracelets should be removed before showering, bathing, swimming, playing sports or sleeping,  The elastic will stretch over time and can break easily if caught on something.
• Use a soft cloth to keep your jewellery free from dust and do not use any cleaning products or water on the jewellery.
• Silver can tarnish so will need to be cleaned carefully with a soft cloth and silver cleaning dip, to regain it's gorgeous shine.

The best way is to place your crystals on a selenite plate or bowl and then leave out in the sunshine to cleanse and a full moon to charge. If raining place inside on your windowsill as the rain can cause damage.

Or you can use incense or sage to smudge your crystals.

Cut a piece of string to measured length and place around your neck to see if you like the length.  Remember chain lengths vary depending on your neck size.

All UK orders - Sent Tracked 48hr Royal Mail. Please allow 48hrs from when the item is despatched.

International Delivery - Royal Mail Internationally Tracked delivery

Prices start from £8.65 but will increase dependent on the weight and dimensions of total items. Please email for a shipping quote.

We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we are a small business and do not send orders every day. If you have an urgent order please email to check about delivery before ordering. An email will be sent on despatch so you can follow your order.

Returns/Exchanges - If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Jewellery will only be refunded if it has not been worn and it is in it's original packaging.

All refunds will be for the price paid for the product but not for the cost of postage.

On receipt of the returned item we will refund within 7 working days.  Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
